My name is Poppy Holmes (pop sink when it comes to my work) and I am from England.
I have always been an ‘arty’ person so to say, drawn to colour and character. Influenced by my mums old cartoonish drawings and the nostalgic feelings a family friend’s art studio would give me whenever I would stay over. The joys of creativity and personality within art as a practice is something I continue to chase as an artist and I imagine always will. Over time creating my own visual language as a creative and learning how to navigate such a large industry.
I studied illustration at the Arts University Bournemouth and found my love for bold illustrative design and am aspiring to be a tattoo artist in the future. Something I am itching to get into.
